Unlucky for some 💀 but thankfully not us! We’ve released templates. We knew that our process for creating new microsites was quite slow and so this was a necessity.

You can edit templates easily from the sidebar navigation of the app itself. These templates can be used to create new microsites from within whomso, or via HubSpot.

This is a change we spent a lot of time going back and forth on. But we’ve released HubSpot native microsite analytics!

We wanted whomso to work for companies at any stage of your CRM. And so to do that, we needed analytics to remain relevant across the lifecycle.

There’s no point in showing a single viewership figure for a microsite if you’re onboarding someone next week but all the views came from when your sales team first reached out. It’s unhelpful at best, and disingenuous at worst.

To keep the data relevant and fresh, we decided to tie it to the HubSpot Lifecycle Stage.

When a company moves stage (in HubSpot, this typically goes from SQL → Opportunity → Customer), we refresh the analytics total and start counting again. This new view lets you see the engagement so far as well as the current interest.
